Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2001 he traveled to the Basque country at the hands of Martin Berasategui and began his gastronomic experience, travelling and working in different countries around the wolrd to land in Marbella in 2005 where he shaped his cuisine with Mediterranean influences and personal touches creating his own gastronomic style
